3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at customer.service@castmtb.com and include pictures or a clear description of the damage or defect.
4. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. -
